How do you get a youthful target market actively involved in a low-interest snack food? That was what Frito-Lay asked when looking to launch their new 'Doritos Collisions' featuring the flavors of Hot Wings and Blue Cheese in one bag.

Two flavors in one bag?! Certainly an idea that deserved a fresh approach. We asked consumers to join a battle between the two flavors by setting up two opposing character digital projection billboards and allowing consumers to SMS a side to support – the characters would then duke it out for flavor supremacy before their very eyes! At home, users could join in the action through real–time Facebook pages. The campaign led to the most successful flavor launch in Doritos history!
